At the East Bank Club Helen Bloch lectured to members of NAWBO’s Boardroom Exchange on recent legal decisions and legislation in the area of employment law.  Her presentation included illegal interview questions, appropriate language for job ads, trade secrets, the effect of social media on restrictive covenants such as non-competition agreements, and misclassification of employees as independent contractors.
