Helen Bloch presented at a continuing legal education course sponsored by the National Association of Women Business Owners and Decalogue Society of Lawyers at the Catalyst Ranch on the topic of forming and maintaining a business from a legal perspective.  Co-panelists Michele Katz and Jessica Merino discussed intellectual property and financial aspects of becoming an entrepreneur.   Here are a few of the photos showcasing the program.
